What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. That is the entire purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered to our internal messaging tool and to email. They are not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train any model. Our hosting provider processes the request in order to serve the site, which includes standard server logs containing IP addresses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@jzmblabs.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or Switzerland you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
